Shipping policy

Orders received by midnight on the day they are placed will be processed and shipped the next day, subject to verification of the presence of the goods in the warehouses. The shipping times indicated must in any case be considered indicative and subject to the variations that the carrier will communicate from time to time.
In Italy, delivery will be made within 48 hours of the departure of the order, which will only take place after its acceptance. The same delivery time is foreseen for the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State.
For Sicily, Sardinia and the islands there is a delivery time of 72 hours, starting from the departure of the order from the warehouse.
For countries in Europe, delivery will take place within 3-5 working days from the departure of the order. Each country has a different delivery time.
Deliveries will be made by courier, the day of delivery will be communicated on the email used to register the account. The link for tracking the shipment will be provided, by email or SMS, directly from the carrier that will take charge of the goods. The courier will deliver the goods to the address indicated at the time of order, street level. The confirmation email will indicate the day of delivery and a reference time slot.
The risks of loss and deterioration of the goods are transferred to the carrier at the time of delivery of the goods for shipment and to the customer at the time of collection by the courier.
The delivery times indicated here must be considered merely indicative. Reverse will undertake to comply with what is indicated herein, but cannot be held responsible for any delays not attributable to it.
It is the buyer's responsibility to indicate a valid delivery address and promptly report any errors or omissions. Reverse reserves the right to charge any extra costs due to changes made to the delivery address not communicated in a timely manner.
If the buyer cannot (due to repeated absence) or does not want to receive the delivery, all risks of loss or damage of the goods will be borne exclusively by the buyer.
In the event of storage of the products, Reverse may deliver by any appropriate means and charge the customer for storage and storage costs.
Except for the mandatory rights recognized by law, the customer will not have the right to refuse the delivery of the products or to claim a refund for their order, except as provided below.
