Our identity is deeply rooted in the rich history of Piedmontese pastry making.
It all began in 1841 at the legendary “Caffè della Pace” in Cherasco, a historic meeting place where culture, tradition and the rituals of taste came together.
From this precious heritage, our tradition was born - originally focused on coffee roasting and a continuous pursuit of exceptional aromas.
Today, this ancient legacy evolves into Reverse: a creative laboratory of ideas and flavours, where the knowledge of past masters meets the evolution of modern chocolate craftsmanship.
